Hospitality Funding Celebrates Hotel Acquisition
Palm Beach, FL — Hospitality Funding, LLC has raised equity for the acquisition of the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East/University of Central Florida. The hotel was acquired by a Joint Venture comprised of Lexington Capital Partners and a USbased hotel asset management company. The property’s management has been transferred to Crescent Hotels & Resorts, a leading thirdparty operator of hospitality assets in the US and Canada.
