Palm Beach, FL — Hospitality Funding, Inc. arranged funding for the acquisition of the Springhill Suites in Tallahassee, FL. Waramaug LS Hotels LLC added the property to their portfolio.

The property was attractive due to its location near the state Capital, Florida State University, Florida A&M, and local museums. The 4 floor, 88 suites property features a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool with grilling area, and an onsite meeting space. The SpringHill Suites Tallahassee Central was also a recipient of the 2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and was a designee for the FL Green Lodging Program.
